Important Update on Shipping & Operations – What This Means for You

Dear Valued Customers,

We are now shipping to the USA. We are one of only four firms allowed to start early and be first – granted permission to resume shipments ahead of the rest under the new regulations.

Please allow us a few days to notify every customer of their tracking codes as we receive them from the post office. We appreciate your patience as we work through the backlog and get updates out to everyone as quickly as possible.

What a year it has been. To our loyal, long-time customers and those who’ve recently trusted us for the first time – we truly feel the ups and downs alongside you. The latest mailing suspension has been just as frustrating for us as it has been for you, especially knowing how much uncertainty it creates. We understand you’ve been left in the dark at times, and we deeply appreciate the patience, trust, and kindness so many of you have shown through your emails and continued support.

As I mentioned yesterday, I met with India Post officials and will be returning again this weekend to keep watch on their actions. Based on what I’ve learned, this will significantly reshape the way Indian pharmacies operate – especially those serving the U.S. and other countries.

Being selected as one of the first firms allowed to resume shipping to the USA is a direct result of our long-standing commitment to operating legally, transparently, and in full compliance with all applicable rules.

That said, I want to be clear: the environment remains strict, and the rules are being enforced more rigorously than ever before. Here’s what we know:

• All parcels over roughly 500 grams will be inspected on the India side for legality before being allowed to proceed.
• If U.S. Customs intercepts packages that are incorrectly coded or contain undeclared or prohibited items, India Post will face substantial financial penalties.
• There’s no guarantee the U.S. won’t suspend mail again in the future, which is why we strongly recommend planning ahead.

Please also be aware that mail may take more time than before. We simply do not know what the USA side will do upon landing in the USA in terms of processing mail. Once your package arrives in the U.S., there may be additional delays that are entirely outside our control.

Our Strongest Advice to You:
If you rely on our products, we encourage you to order legal, personal-use quantities on a regular basis – and consider maintaining a 6- to 12-month reserve when possible. Given that mail has now been halted three times in one year, we have limited confidence in the long-term stability of international shipping.

Key Operational Changes:

• Smaller firms will no longer be permitted to ship from India. This includes large bulk packages meant for U.S. resellers.
• The days of shipping steroids or pain medications in bulk from India to the U.S. are effectively over – at least through official postal channels. India Post is finally recognizing the need to regulate this space and eliminate unethical practices.
• I will be the first to admit that this industry has its share of bad actors. Many operate with little regard for law, safety, or honesty. We have always distinguished ourselves by operating legally and transparently, and we have held ourselves to that standard for two decades.

Our Track Record Speaks for Itself:
During the last U.S. shutdown, every package we sent – once service resumed – was delivered. That’s proof that:

1. We are compliant with regulations, and
2. We are doing things the right way.

Over the past year, we’ve also shifted to weight-based shipping to better align with the 90-day personal medication supply rule. If your order exceeds a certain weight, shipping costs increase because we split it into multiple boxes to stay within legal limits. Many of our customers order, for example, 300 pills monthly – like clockwork. We suggest a similar pattern. A 300 – 500 pill order is generally safe, and our shipping method remains fully compliant.

Dubai Shipping Option:
We do now offer shipping via Dubai, though only a handful of customers have used it so far. We’ve secured permission to use this route going forward. However, I want to be fully transparent about the current challenges:

1. Last August, our previous Dubai agent failed to perform and held mail hostage – our new agent is reliable.
2. Tracking from Dubai often doesn’t go live for up to 7 days.
3. The Dubai route typically requires a minimum volume of packages, but we’ve arranged for them to accept our shipments even if we’re below that threshold.

That said, I have reservations about relying on Dubai long-term – especially given regional instability. Should the Dubai airport be affected by the ongoing Iranian conflict, shipments could be halted. That’s a risk you’d need to accept if you choose this option. Until we can guarantee consistent, small-batch shipping through Dubai, I’m cautious about promoting it broadly.

What This Means for U.S., Australia, and U.K. Customers:
Declaration requirements are now identical for shipments from India and Dubai. We’re still learning the full scope of Dubai’s restrictions this weekend, but expect stricter rules to apply across all destinations. Historically, when the U.S. tightens regulations, other countries follow suit.

Looking Ahead:
Now that we are shipping to the USA again as one of the first four approved firms, I strongly encourage you to consider stocking up for 6 to 12 months. Many smaller firms will likely be forced to close. Please be wary of anyone offering alternatives that contradict what I’ve shared here – they are not being honest with you. We will always give you the facts, even when they’re inconvenient.

I know there will be those in India who try to bypass these new rules. But we are a fully licensed, legally operating company with 20 years of integrity. We will not compromise that.

I genuinely hope these changes force out the unethical players who have caused so much disruption. They are the reason your shipments have been delayed, and they have no place in this industry – especially under the standards I’ve upheld since becoming GM two decades ago.
