  • Filing customs declarations and postal bills of export.
  • Export licensing requirements.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, political unrest, pandemics, global tariff disruptions, customs suspensions, strikes, or natural disasters.

Shipping Policy

  • Every order includes a shipping fee. Large orders may incur additional charges.
  • Average Express Mail shipping time is 15–22 days; delays up to 30 days may occur due to customs or postal disruptions.
  • Transshipment through third-country hubs may cause additional delays.
  • Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details (full legal name, complete address).

Refunds & Returns

  • No Returns Accepted: Products cannot be returned once shipped.
  • No Refunds After Shipping: Refunds are not issued once a package is dispatched.
  • Reshipment Policy:
    • Lost orders will be reshipped if reported within 7 weeks.
    • Reshipments are provided after 30 days with no tracking update.
    • Packages marked “Delivered” will not be reshipped.
    • Incorrect or incomplete addresses void free reshipment.
  • Damaged, Missing, or Partial Orders: Replacement packages will be sent at no cost.
  • Reships are sent to the original address only unless customer pays for redirect.

Customs

  • Customers accept responsibility for any customs duties or fees.
  • Delays or seizures at customs are beyond our control.
  • If a package is held or returned, we will review the case individually.

Eligibility

  • Customers must be 18 years or older.
  • Orders must comply with local laws and be for personal use only.
  • We do not ship restricted items (e.g., narcotics, controlled drugs, illegal steroids).

Price & Payment

  • All prices are in USD.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors.
  • Unpaid orders are considered cancelled.

We always make reasonable efforts to choose substitutes that closely match the original item in function, purpose, and value. If no suitable substitute is available, we will contact you to arrange a refund, store credit, or order cancellation. Substitutions are made only when necessary to ensure timely order fulfillment and prevent disruption to your delivery.

Email Communication & Spam Folder Awareness

All emails (order confirmation, payment, tracking, support) are sent to the address provided at checkout. Some providers may filter them into spam or promotions. By ordering, you agree to check these folders regularly.
