Refunds & Returns Policy

At AIPCTSHOP, we strive to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their order. While we cannot accept returns of any product that has already been shipped, we do guarantee reshipments or replacements under certain conditions as outlined below. 

 

Lost or Undelivered Orders 

  • We will reship any order that has been lost in transit, provided you notify us within 7 weeks of the original shipping date. 
  • Requests made after 7 weeks from the ship date will not be eligible for reshipment or refund. 

 

Conditions for Reshipment 

To qualify for a reshipment, the following conditions must be met: 

  1. An additional 30 days have passed beyond the last tracking update but can be extended due to times of Force majeure such as countries stopping mail due to tariff issues or international pandemics.   
  1. The shipping address provided at checkout was correct, complete, and used your full legal name. 

If incorrect or incomplete shipping information was provided (e.g., wrong address, missing name, or relocation without forwarding), we cannot offer a free reship. However, if the package is returned to us, we can reship it once the customer covers the shipping charges. Please note: not all returned packages make it back, as many postal centers destroy undeliverable items. 

 

Damaged, Missing, or Partially Received Orders 

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or is only partially fulfilled, we will dispatch a replacement package at no additional cost. 

 

Reshipping Policy 

  • Reships are always sent to the original shipping address used at checkout. 
  • Shipping to an alternate address can sometimes be arranged if the customer covers the shipping charges. 

 

Important Note 

  • No Returns Accepted: For safety, compliance, and quality reasons, we do not accept or process returns of any product once it has been shipped. 
  • Please inspect your package upon arrival and notify us immediately of any issues.
